Often times, when I sit down with entrepreneurs or business owners, what ends up happening is that I’m able to give them a lot of helpful feedback on creating an engaging mobile app based on my study of user experience and design.
We’ll talk about how preproduction is the most important aspect when they are creating a mobile application. And that’s thinking about everything start-to-finish. From even before we would have someone start coding, we’ll consider several elements.
Coming up with the layout and establishing the general look and feel are all much easier, and cheaper in this initial prototype phase. If we can come to an agreed design before the programmers start coding, then things will be way more cost efficient for you.

And as we work through this process together, we can figure out a lot of the little things that will come up. Because this isn’t something that most people do on a daily basis, they don’t necessarily think of these important design features.
Even though the idea many people have for their app may sound simple, when you actually have to break down the technology behind it to make it happen, it can get really complicated. There are a lot of smaller decisions that will need to be made at each step in the process.
So if someone has a basic idea of what they want an app to do, I will come in and help them figure out what kind of features they may want it to have. I will ask them some questions, based on my experience as a developer, to help them figure things out. Doing this preproduction can potentially save you a lot of money and hassle in the future.
